Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an evergreen perennial herb, generally developed because of its use in Mediterranean cooking. Sun-loving and drought-tolerant, rosemary crops have fragrant green-grey foliage, but in addition open mainly blue flowers San Diego from springtime or winter.
